The second episode of Star Gladiator is known as Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein (in japan is Star Gladiator 2). I confess tha this video was one of the first times I've played this game, since I've played only in MAME before. For me, it's a better game with better graphics and gameplay and easier to get the true ending. Makes me remember Street Fighter EX 3.
Continuing the story of June, here is the story according Capcom Fandom: "June was very shocked to hear and learn that Bilstein had somehow came back to life and was attempting a second conquest of the universe with his Fourth Empire. Feeling and believing that she had to settle the score with Bilstein on her own personal terms, June had painfully left Hayato and the others behind as she had ventured forth on a solo mission in order to find and defeat Bilstein once and for all."
We finish here the Star gladiator series, just two games were made. Capcom should ressurge some of the old fighting games franchises, this series should have more games or even more appearances in other games (the last was just a dlc costume for Chun-Li in Street Fighter V).
