With the release of the Legendary Edition of the Mass Effect Trilogy, it's time for me to jump back into one of my favorite series and do something I failed to do the last time I played through them - play the last one of the trilogy!

I'm going to be doing a 90+% playthrough of the series (going for 100%, but I'll probably miss something), running a female Paragon Shepard. I kind of feel like this is the canonical Shepard, but I admit that Renegade Shepard is the most fun.

It's time for the home stretch! Virmire is the start of the end of the game, which is very exciting after a long journey. We're on the trail of Saren and it looks like he's set up a research facility here. There's a Salarian special forces investigating.

It also turns out that Saren has been doing some research into the genophage, which could be a problem. And what will Wrex think?
