With the rumors swirling both Sony and Microsoft are planning on releasing upgraded versions of their current consoles (the Playstation 4 Neo / PS4k and the Xbox One Scorpio) the question remains - how much of an impact will that have on PC graphics technology and porting. And will the high performance nature of PCs ensure that developers have extra reasons to ensure that the PS4 Neo and Scorpio games get extra love compared to their vanilla systems, since developers will already have an established install base with PC gamers?
