"Hey everyone,
My name is Alexander Trapp. I'm an animator/live streamer on YouTube and I'm trying to help raise funds for my friend, Jessica Williams, known to a lot of you as JZKitty , who lives in Mexico. I met Jessica on Twitch years ago, and after getting to know her as a fellow gaming buddy, she became one of my best friends when she helped me deal with a severe bout of depression and anxiety.
Fast forward to a few months ago, Jessica tells me that the landlord whom she pays rent to is trying to sell the house from out under her while she's still living there. Jessica has lived at this house for 10 years and never failed to pay the rent on time. Despite the property itself not being in the best shape (parts of it are actually sinking, the walls are cracking, and she's had to deal with roaches and mice on several occasions), Jessica made due as best as she could.
Then under the cover of night so as not to be seen by the neighbors, the landlord came with a real estate agent to tell Jessica that she had just one month to vacate the premises due to having "sold" the entire property. The property has three houses on the entire lot, and the tenants who live in the other two houses have not been given any notices to move out. It should be noted that the other two tenants who live on the property have been very problematic in the past. But instead of taking action against the troublesome tenants, Jessica is the collateral damage in the landlord's attempt to get more get more money from a property he's already collecting money from.
Jessica has until the beginning of November to get her things out of her house, and thus needs help with moving expenses. This crowdfund isn't even to cover her last month of rent, its just to help move her things where she needs to go.
Once the money is raised, I will send her the funds so she can make the moving arrangements. Any amount donated would be a big help. This is a time sensitive issue, so spreading the word around to as many people as possible who can donate would help immensely.
