Scarab 1: Horned Scarab of Awakening (We bought for 0.8 div each)
Scarab 2: Ambush Scarab of Containment (We bought for 1.2 div each)
Scarab 3: Ambush Scarab of Hidden Compartments
Scarab 4: Reliquary Scarab of Overlords
Anarchy Allflames: 2 - 3 (Start with 2 to keep costs lower and ramp up to 3 if you're confident) All flame embers purchased at 1.2 divs each (Item level 84)

It's possible to drop the horned scarab of awakening and need for the cloak and focus purely on scarab drops and uniques but you'll lose a large chunk of potential profit.
