1I re-ran this at 1080p Render Resolution and didn't see any notable frame drops.

GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: 16GB DDR4-3200
Display Resolution: 3840x2160
Render Resolution: 1280x720
Renderer: Vulkan
Proton: Experimental
tbh, I could probably be using higher settings. On windows I ran 1080p Render Resolution and max settings without any noticeable performance hits.
Oh btw: You probably want to disable Dynamic Culling / Dynamic Resolution and set FPS caps.
