Navlocke Rules:
1. You must nickname every Pokemon you encounter to create an emotional bond with them.
2. You can only catch the first encounter in every new route / area.
3. You can only catch a Pokemon by means of finding it in the DexNav application of the Pokegear
4. If a Pokemon faints, it is, "dead," and you must box it for the rest of the game.
Clause in Effect:
1. Species Clause: If your first encounter in a route is a Pokemon you've caught before, you can ignore it and try to instead catch the second Pokemon you encounter
2. Dupes Clause: If your first encounter in a route is a Pokemon you've caught before, you can ignore it and try to instead catch the second 'mon you encounter.
