I never got to beat moon, I lost my original game in a flood but as of this week, emulated ultra moon. That being said, I was the kinda person who usually jumps online for PVP.

My experience so far with gen 7 has been very nice, very solid pokemon designs, some of the balances changes to things like the brave bird talonflame nerf and mega kanga were needed, Z-moves seem pretty cool, the anime is pretty enjoyable, I love Alola as a region too, it is much more interesting to me than Kalos. I also think regional variants of familiar pokemon was a great idea, it lets them make changes to pokemon without necessarily altering the originals in any way.

My only real gripe so far is in the game itself, there is so much talking so far in the beginning with not enough gameplay, I feel like I can't walk 30 ft without being bombarded with dialogue. I took a peak at the meta too on Smogon this gen and I'm not sure if this is true now, but it seems like a lot of legendaries and ultra beasts have kinda taken over. No gengar or normal slobro in OU? It seems odd.
