Gen II is my favorite Generation of Pokemon, full stop. I'm obsessed with the Johto region itself, the Johto mons, the art style, the OST, the day and night cycle, the rival... Pretty much everything about these games. Let's be real though... They have issues regarding movesets, obtainable Pokemon, and pacing.
Well, TheSmithPlays (TSP) and his team created a ROM HACK of Pokemon Crystal titled "Pokemon Crystal Legacy" which aims to fix these problems but retain that classic Gen II feel. I'm now hopelessly addicted to these games once more!
