The New Pokemon Go Update .31 Has devistated many Pokemon Go players. Some players are suffering from a glitch that takes their avatar back to level one. Some have called on Niantic, the game’s developers, to refund any money spent on the game.
Niantic's listed email address just gets you an auto-response stating that they don't monitor the email. This is an overt violation of the terms and conditions of their Google Play agreement and could result in harsh penalties for Niantic if they don't change things.
Players have said logging out of Google Mail on the Safari app will fix the glitch, but this has been untested and unconfirmed.
Niantic has also shut down Pokevision and all similar websites since last night.
