This is part 28 of my continuous walkthrough on Pokemon Shiny Gold.

In this video, we surf right of New Bark Town and get into a new region of Kanto. We fight some trainers in order to get to the Elite Four. Beware of a certain fisherman, he has a lv. 55 Milotic! Later in the video, we reach the entrance to Victory Road.
