Every shiny Pokemon will say "Hungry" and will fill up every bar even with just a Poke biscuit.

The Hungry Pokemon effect can do one of two things on regular Pokemon. It will either triple the effect of the type of biscuit you're using, or act like a master buscuit.

With shiny Pokemon, though, it will always act like a master buscuit.

Edit: More "evidence" that this is true after I found my second shiny and this happened again. Two for two.
I also made a second discovery potentially as well.. Further investigation required, but I believe I know how to tell the difference between the two "Hungry" types.
