Post-apocalyptic recycling: what I keep, what I throw away, and the legendary Bontiac
In this hostile world of Drive Beyond Horizons, survival isn't just a matter of fending off zombies or restoring cars... you also have to know when to shed some ballast. Or at least try.
In this episode 8, we continue searching for the last parts to finish the truck and the Dada (our rugged Lada Niva). The zombies are still a threat, but we've pretty much got them under control. The real enemy now... is me and my accumulation of parts.
My digital Diogenes syndrome has made the convoy so overloaded that driving is a nightmare and the slopes feel like vertical walls. So it's time to stop, take stock, and get rid of everything that isn't urgent to lighten the load. Painful? Yes. Necessary? Also.
But not all is lost: I find a battered Bontiac, a car with a racing soul that's crying out for a second chance. Maybe it's not a priority, but I couldn't resist using up some parts and seeing what could come out of it...
👉 What would you do: restore the Bontiac or focus on what you already have? Let me know in the comments, subscribe, and join me on this mechanical crusade.
