Practice golf swing
0Practicing golf swing in the garden, this was taken in August 2014 when we still had nice weather.
I have changed my swing since then, looking at this video I need to stand up straighter and also stop raising my left heel. I find it useful experimenting with what works for me, obviously some aspects of this particular swing do not. I have had several injuries in the past, it's what happens when you play Rugby and also Martial Arts. Trying to find a swing that is easy on the lower back is something that I am looking for.
