One of the game’s strongest elements is how much control it gives you over your party. It features an expansive and varied job system, which lets you decide the roles of each of your party members in battle.
There are more than 20 different jobs available, from frontline fighters like Knights, to spell slinging White and Black Mages, each with their own strengths and weaknesses to discover. With so many jobs obtained by defeating powerful foes, each job has its own specialized fighting style and abilities to learn, and there’s endless fun playing with different builds and party compositions.
You can see how they perform in the game’s amazing battle system, which is one of the reasons the game has its distinctive name.
