I wanted to see my gains after upgrading from my x99 5960x to the i9 7940x 14 core, 28 thread processor. I primarily test Adobe Media Encoder, but my test with Premiere Pro had the same speed.

NOTE: I had BOTH systems running at stock clock speeds for this test. My next phase will be overclocking the new chip.

Maybe someone can help me use 100% of my cpu during encodes?
