I'm trying for the "Institute Dies but Everyone Else is Just Fine" ending, and it seems to make sense to iterate on Preston's quests until I'm sure he has hit all the important notes. After what I just did, it is pretty clear that doing more Preston Garvey Radiant Quests is not going to trigger the next big step.
I need to get exiled from the Institute, and I think I know how I want to do it.
