Project Zero 2 (Fatal Frame 2) Wii Edition Confirmed for Japan and Europe
February 26, 2012 6:15 PM - Nintendo's Global President Satoru Iwata announced that Project Zero II (Fatal Frame in North America) will be remake for Wii and then release on June 28, 2012 in Japan, and somewhere in 2012 in Europe.
Project Zero II: Wii Edition is a horror adventure where you explore a village that has vanished from the map, while using your Wii Remote as a torch and armed just with a camera able to exorcise spirits.
This is a remake of the 2003 game Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly in co-operation with Tecmo Koei Games. The graphics and character modeling has all been redone and the camera angles and controls have been reworked from scratch in order to optimize the game for play with the Wii Remote.
The camera following behind your character adds to the sense of immersion, making you really feel as if you are exploring the village. You will be able to experience the king of atmosphere you can only find in Japanese-style horror and the celebrated gameplay of the Project Zero series like never before.
This remake also allows 2 people to play together and includes a brand new mode.
