Forgot to mention this in the video as I had so much to talk about and don't want to COMPLETELY shit on MW unless it's factual LOL.

The game DOES have 60+hz servers but 12hz server games get thrown into matchmaking randomly along with the 60+ and no one knows why, a little line I forgot to mention. From what I understand Ground War also has the most problems with the high player counts, even when on a 60hz server. Also for reference I have never NOT played on a 60hz server on Black Ops 4 personally.
