Playing on the PTR is often a bit of an exercise in futility; you get a couple of very general ideas about the hero, but once they hit actual play it's often still very up in the air. To combat this, some pros got together to organise scrims to try Doomfist in a more serious environment; and I was lucky enough to watch and stream the games! Enjoy!
