13520 or more kills with a single Hammerfist dive attack. [Bronze / 10G]
This can easily be done in the mission where you learn the Hammerfist ability. The mission is called 'A Nest of Vipers' and takes place on the second island. Once you have the ability jump as high as possible and hold down Square (PS3) / X (Xbox 360) to launch a Hammerfist Dive attack. There are lots of infected people in the lair which should make this easy.
You can also get this later in free roam or during other missions. The shown method is just the earliest and probably easiest opportunity to get it.
