The cracktro doesn't include a game .psexe and it doesn't process any gamepad input, you can't exit it. While I did find a PS1 game with the name "Creatures" (SLES-03690, SLUS-01438), I was unable to find a patch or the .nfo file and therefore don't know the release date. The "Last modified" timestamp of the .psexe dates back to 2001-09-02. However, the actual "Creatures" game was released no earlier than January 2002, which is at least 3 months after the cracktro was created.
This cracktro is a remake of the "Creatures" Amiga cracktro created by Crystal https://youtu.be/B4MBBrb6DQc I guess Paradox used the same text in the PS1 version to stay close to the original. This would explain why the cracktro and game release dates don't match, and it would also explain why I was unable to find the patch.
Therefore, I assume this cracktro isn't from a real patch, but a cracktro preview or special version created for the Paradox Intro Collection.
