This is the story of Nelson Tethers, sole member of the Puzzle Research Division of the FBI. His life used to be as calm as one could possibly imagine, just sitting behind a desk and solving puzzles all day long; however, said tranquility was not meant to last. One day, a call from his superior suddenly changes everything, sending an inexperienced Tethers straight into the field to carry out an important assignment, namely, to investigate an incident at a factory in the remote town of Scoggins, Minnesota. Unfortunately, the locals to not appear thrilled by the lone agent’s arrival. It soon becomes apparent that the town is hiding a terrible secret, one that will not only challenge Tether’s skills at solving puzzles, but also the very foundations of his personal sanity…

Combined with witty writing, memorable characters, and Lovecraftian mysteries, “Puzzle Agent” aims to provide a unique experience that serves to weaken and ultimately break down the walls of the human mind, both through challenging puzzles as well as incomprehensible revelations.
