Description: The icons on the edges of the "Skills" section cannot be used to open the Skill Upgrade Menu.

Steps:
1. Open the Abilities Menu
2. Attempt to select the "Gathering" Skill Icon

Results:
The outer icons cannot be selected to open the Skill Upgrade Menu

Expected Results:
All trigger size is adjusted to encompass all Skill Icons

Notes:
It appears the the issue is that the trigger volume is not large enough to encompass all of the Skill Icons.
