I Will Say to Don't Try to Get into Computer Networks Because the Future of its Not Great. Get into PHP Programming Because Web Development Where the Real Money is.
Web Development vs Networking:
Web Development is Huge in Demand Compare to Supporting and Install Networks Which All Going the Coding Path.
Second PHP is Not Only the Web Programming, There Many More Like Python and Ruby on Rails.
You Already Did the Masters in Computer Science than You Should Be Working as a Software Engineer But You are Just Starting Out So I Will Say You Computer Science Degree is Not Worth Much.
