Questioning the Design of Dragonball Z: Kakarot
Dragonball Z Kakarot decided to make its point of difference from other DBZ Games by introducing an Open World and RPG Lite elements to experience alongside of the wonderful characters and fighting mechanics. However, they simply do not do enough to contribute to the core experience of the game - the combat! This video outlines why I think some of the design choices made by the game ultimately leaves it feeling padded and artificial.
