In this video I touch on some tips that I use while appraising a whole bunch of Pokemon like at the beginning of a Community Day or at the end of an event.

Focus on one spawn at a time.
Sort by CP (or #).
Start at the top.
Scan Power Up costs to determine levels.
Skip anything with a higher level than something you've already checked.

~High level but low CP means low IV.~

Naming systems are also very important. Make one that makes sense to you and use it!
