7Devils, also known as Baatezu, are the undisputed masters of the Nine Hells. They are beyond disciplined, beyond ordered, following labyrinthine laws and dictates over their every function through orders of fealty, climbing all the way to the very pinnacle of Hell's power with Asmodeus.
While Demons will barrel straight at you, all white hot rage with fangs and teeth, the Devil will sidle up near and offer you what you need, what you desire. Why? Because that's it's business: To know what a person needs. Need someone to warm your bed? They know the warmest bodies with the kind of touch you crave. Short on funds? They know how to get you rolling in riches. Want to climb the ranks of power? They'll give you a boost and a ladder to get past the competition.
And for what in exchange? Oh nothing much, it's a trifle really. Something that wont come due for a while yet.
Just your soul.
And should you get in a Devil's way? Well remember: They're organized and they always serve someone greater, in some greater scheme. They'll learn everything about those who throw their plans awry. Their friends, family, pets, their adventuring companions and all those close to them.
