something about some aliens and a colony and a resistance.

Gameplay involves shooting things to get points and "gold". You spend the "gold" on weapons before going into the next stage. This game is also caravan-y. Y'know...shoot things to get the highest score possible.

This quicklook TRIES to show off the game, but I ran into some problems on my end. I THINK the game hates high framerate, thus why the bigger ships seem to scroll on the bottom of the screen and why the bosses are too close to the bottom of the screen. An idea: recording with FRAPS make the big ships go to the bottom of the screen. Not recording with FRAPS make the big ships straight up scroll off the screen. Shame. This is a bad quicklook for a pretty neat shmup. If only I can figure out the framerate problem... -
