I'll be doing a score attack mode playthrough of each level and try to show off ships and weapons which haven't often been seen in videos before. Stage 6.2 can be reached by destroying the 5.0 boss's red protrusion before killing it. It's a pretty trippy, though monotonous level... just dodge bullets and keep firing. For my ship(s?) I chose B-3B2 "Metallic Dawn II", which is like those liquid metal ships you encounter in the first stage and a few other spots, too. Its firepower is essentially doubled if you detach your Force before shooting your wave cannon, as it fires when you do!
