A little video I made to show the ending of R-Type Final (10:20). For some random reason the ending music is diferent on Japan, America and Europe. I really like the original better but whatever...

This was the "Final" *cough*Tactics*cough* to the R-Type series. The story goes like this: The bydo are bioweapons created by humans at 26th century. Since they couldn't control them they exiliated to another dimension where they evolved untill they somehow managed to get to the 22nd century and started a war against their (future) creators. In order to fight them, humans develop the force (that thing that absorbes projectiles) and the R-series, which are both technologies based on the Bydo itself.

On this stage, they send a ship back (forward) to the 26th century to prevent Bydo from being created. Well, any a sci-fi fan can see how this story fails everywhere.
