On the Railgunner's default M2, Backup Magazine increase the amount of shots you can take whilst aiming down sights before having to scope out and reload. This significantly increases the DPS that Railgunner can output. The fire rate of this even scales with the Soldier's Syringe. On the alternate M2, there seems to be n change I have discovered.
