141In today's build challenge, I tried the whole "Random Generator Decides My Build" thing and ended up with a Sims 4 single mom house build! I like building these kinds of houses in the Sims 4 as real time builds, so you guys get to see more of the thought process behind how I build houses in the Sims 4.

We ended up having to build a yellow duplex in the Sims 4 and decided to furnish half of it for a single mom and her child and decorated the other half as a show house (which I may go back and furnish in another video, who knows!) I looove building with color and making bright houses in the Sims, so a yellow family home was right up my alley.
This is the perfect house for a single mom and her daughter (or any single parent and their child), especially if they're artsy. There's no shortage of places and things to craft in this house! Also there's a pretty sizeable yard with a playground for the kiddo!
