I used a combination of glitch AI arbitrary code execution, exclamation point arbitrary code execution, OAM DMA hijacking. As long as you don't switch you should end up with 0 PP every turn and use a random one of your four moves instead of Struggle (if you don't have four moves I guess you'll use CoolTrainer).
