Surprisingly, no, just wearing a bunny suit doesn't make it a "Bunny Girl Senpai cosplay." That Hefner fella must've been a weeb before it was cool! This video was completely inevitable, but to say that I intended to make it so soon would be a lie. Or would it be? I'm not too sure. Regardless, this was the subject of my first anime video that didn't have an ugly animated avatar. A change that ultimately saved the channel. The pure soul in that video can save it from any critique, but from an objective standpoint it's underwhelming to say the least. Instead of saying "ah, this thing is good" and refusing to elaborate further, I'm gonna say "ah, this is a thing and this other thing is good" and elaborate just a bit. This isn't a full-on review or analysis in either way, but more so the parts and bits of the watching experience that I found interesting, thematically pretty cool, or just good from a quality standpoint. I love anime.

ASCII Media Works have published eleven volumes since April 2014 under their Dengeki Bunko imprint. A manga adaptation with art by Tsugumi Nanamiya has been serialized in ASCII Media Works' seinen manga magazine Dengeki G's Comic since December 2015. An anime television series adaptation by CloverWorks aired from October to December 2018. An anime film adaptation titled Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl premiered in June 2019.
