You have to get 8 consecutive kills with small game arrows, if you miss one you have to start again. Go to this spot in day time when it is not raining and you should find multiple small birds perched on rocks by the river. Only target ones that are stationary, and use dead eye to minimise the chance that you miss, avoid targeting any that take to flight. Also hold down the trigger for a second to pull back the bow before releasing as it should give you a more powerful shot with a steadier aim. Walk up and down the river section as shown to cause more to re-spawn. You might also get some birds you need for the Wild Life Art Exhibition quest - I get a Hooded Oriole here, but if you are following the guide and playlist, don't worry if you do not - the guide will show you how and where to find everything you need later, although if you luck out here you may be able to skip a video guide or two later on in your quest.
