You should get a gold health core by eating some big game meat seasoned with mint, and take a miracle tonic (and have a backup supply as this is combat heavy). Check the linked guide to see how to craft the volatile dynamite and homing tomahawk if you don't have them yet. Save your game before you start.

Sneak up to the cabin, kick the door in, and toss a volatile stick of dynamite in.
1:20 Retreat
Ride away until the red dots disappear from your radar to reset the camp spawns.
4:29 Sharpshooter 4
Kill with a homing tomahawk at the edge of range
5:25 Hand to hand combat - doesn't work for Weapons Expert 7
I tried getting consecutive kills up close, but didn't get the challenge
