Strategy and tips:
This one is easy enough. You have to win two hands of Poker, and the first is scripted so you will definitely win. Whilst you are here, you might as well win another 3 to get Gambler Challenge 1 as this section isn't timed. Just avoid going all in or raising the stakes where either you or an NPC is at risk of busting out as that will end the opportunity. It doesn't matter if you lose a hand or two though, either for the gold or the challenge.

Getting Reverend Swanson back in 2 minutes 5 is not difficult if you cut across country and know where you are going in advance - but don't follow the yellow route as this will take too long.
