Caravan Island is the first location of the Second Chapter released in Update 12. The island consists of a town, also referred to as Caravan Town, which spreads out over three pinnacles with a tower built of containers in the middle. Ziplines and suspension bridges connect the pinnacles, allowing the previous tenants quick access to the different parts of the island. Goats and Cluckers can be found throughout the town. Flying around above the island is a White Screecher that will attack you relentlessly once it detects you. Luckily, there are a lot of containers that served as houses for the previous tenants that you can take cover underneath.

The player is presented with a number of tasks while on the island: finding three Battery Charger Parts to make a Battery Charger, finding three Zipline Parts to make a Zipline Tool along with its respective blueprint, finding a number of keys leading to the Mayor's Chest, acquiring blueprints for the Metal Detector and discovering the blueprints for Fireworks. There are 10 notes in total.

White Screecher is a threat which can be found roaming above the island. Although it can only be found on Caravan Island therefore being a special enemy, it has less health than a regular Screecher
