This conman needs to be bought to justice! Apparently he was able to walk out of jail...

I also didn't find out until recently but you can end this mission in 3 ways!
1. Take him to the Chief
2. Accept his offer, find his money and let him go free
3. Accept his offer, find his money and kill/hogtie him and take him to the Chief
(The 3rd one lets you make just a littl bit more money than just completing the mission on its own)
