I haven't seen a more elegant way to stop the train yet!

Pouring Forth Oil - IV objectives:

Kill all the train guards before Sean fires a shot
Clear the baggage car of loot
Escape the Law within 1 minute 30 seconds
Get 10 kills in Dead Eye
Complete the mission without taking any health items
You need to go to the waypoint on the map (it's where you left the oil wagon previously) to get started.
Take the wagon to the train tracks, and after the cutscene, board the passenger car. As instructed, beat anyone who doesn't give over any money. You can rob more people than suggested for extra cash, but your honor will decrease.

After the painting Dead Eye tutorial, you'll be searching the luggage car. Use the mini-map to know exactly where to look.

After is a shootout from both sides of the train. Dead Eye is perfect here, as is using the mini-map to see where enemies are coming from.
