It is not super comprehensive on settings, but you should know by the end if the game is going to be right for you.

Note: This was not recorded on the Deck itself - external capture used for maximum performance.

Update: The ULTRA setting "glitch" you see here is just that .. a glitch. If you change the graphics to HIGH, then back to ULTRA it seems to clear up. Hovering 35fps'ish or so. More details to come.
