She looked pretty sweet, and kind of intense,
But something was off and didn‘t make sense.
She smiled far too wide and blinked kinda slow,
But I was too lonely to just let her go.

We went on our first date, where she had a crazy stare,
Of course I did notice, but told myself not to care.
She laughed at things that just made me sad,
And talked about eternal love and being undead.

She pulled out a knife and gave it a kiss,
Then said „Where is the fun if there‘s no risk?“
She whispered „Your safe as long as you don‘t lie.“,
And I felt like I was soon going to die.

I think it‘s quite a red flag,
When you feel like you will get stabbed!

She pulled her blade with a crooked grin,
And whispered „Let the game begin.“.
Cold eyes locked in a twisted trance,
While we began our deadly dance.

Then she started telling me of her past of pain and screams,
Her father‘s violence and all the broken dreams.
Her laughter echoed like a broken song,
And now I really knew that something‘s wrong.

When you feel like you will get stabbed!

Her madness felt like a piece of twisted art,
And I noticed something stirring in my heart.
I could have run, but instead I took a seat,
Drawn to her chaos - wild, pure and sweet!

She paused and blinked, then tilted her head,
„You‘re not afraid, despite what I just said?“
A smile crept up, both wicked and shy,
And for a moment I thought she would cry.

In awe she took the blade by her side,
Everything was silent and her eyes opened wide.
„Most guys just run or start to pray.
But you are still here and fully okay.“

She then reached out and took my hand,
„You might be the first to truely understand.“
„Well, maybe I‘m just a little weird.
But I also like the blood you smeared.“

Holy shit! Did he just say that?
It‘s truely not a red flag,
When someone likes to get stabbed!

So now we dance beneath the moonlight‘s gleam,
We might be psychopaths - but we are living our dream.
