EXPO/XMP sets the VDD and VDDQ automatically. In-general it's anywhere from 1.1 to 1.35v.

VSOC should be no higher than 1.2v
VDDIO is derived from the VDD and VSOC and typically is close to matching VDD/VDDQ by anywhere from 0.01 to 0.1v.
