Regarding DDR5 and memory controller voltages
This video provides some guidance for those upgrading from older DDR3 and DDR4 based platforms looking to learn about the voltages related to DDR5.
EXPO/XMP sets the VDD and VDDQ automatically. In-general it's anywhere from 1.1 to 1.35v.
VSOC should be no higher than 1.2v
VDDIO is derived from the VDD and VSOC and typically is close to matching VDD/VDDQ by anywhere from 0.01 to 0.1v.
