As a long-time fan of Solitaire, it's great to see another entry into the Regency Solitaire series. The story is whimsical with well-written dialogue between our various characters. The artwork is exceptional, and the music has some great selections that are immediately addictive.
Gameplay is simple to pick up, relying on a mix of luck and properly utilizing your wild cards or power-ups. As you play you unlock new power-ups and upgrades which will help you progress through the chapters. The purchase cost of them is reasonable and even if you perform rather terribly at your hands they never feel very far out of reach.
It's a very charming game, one you can easily sink hours into. At the time of writing this review I have played the game for a little over 7 hours. I imagine you could finish it much quicker if you really wanted to, but it's the kind of game that you find yourself playing in between all the busy portions of life and that time certainly adds up.
Overall I think it's an absolute must for any fan of Solitaire. They've really pulled off a pleasant mix of brining a classic card game to digital screens and adding just enough to make things engrossing without feeling gimmicky.
