Build summary:
The fusion rifle, a very popular weapon that looks and sounds awesome. Unfortunately, it is rather mediocre in terms of it's performance. It's regular fire does poor damage, has a long reload speed and is terrible at crowd control. Where it does perform well is in it's mod. The fusion rifle has a hard hitting, fast charging mod that has the ability to hit multiple targets at once. In order to use the weapon effectively, we will need to play to it's strengths. The way to do this is by using the radiant or labyrinth sets. The fusion mod can crit so with radiant, you will be able to dish out some nasty damage with the mod. The regular fire also benefits more with the radiant set as well. If you want a straight up mod powerhouse, go labyrinth. Labyrinth also gives you a medium roll and the mod refund on use which helps charge the mod faster. Swarm is there to make up the poor crowd control that the fusion rifle has and also to keep radiant stacks active. Since we are using the abrasive amulet, the melee weapons listed are the recommended ones to use for this build. The scythe is one of the highest DPS melee weapons in the game and applies full corrosion with abrasive in one charged attack. Voice of the tempest scales off mod power, so it goes well with the labyrinth set and adds a bit of crowd control with its charged neutral dodge attacks. Use frostborne if you want to freeze the enemy and make them take 20% more crit damage and use the hero sword against enemies who are difficult to melee. Like stated earlier, the fusion mod can crit, so we will be using the standard crit trinkets to boost the chance and damage. Sub out akari warband against enemies in which you will not be dodging much and sub out gambler against bosses with weakspots. When using the mod, try to line up multiple enemies together for a nice collateral hit. Spam the mod as much as you can. That is the way to use this weapon.
