Reputation Armor tailor outfit bug - Star Trek Online PS4

I managed to grind the Iconian reputation in order to unlock the Iconian Resistance Armor visual outfits at the tailor (all 3 pieces) on the PS4 version of STO.

However every time i try to make a new uniform, it displays not the reputation armor I unlocked, but the Jem hadar Tactical (previously vanguard) armor instead. Mind you, this is for a Fedration character, a non Jem Hadar.

Does this with MACO and Duelist Armor outfits as well.

Am I doing something wrong here?
