Resident Evil 3: Remake has a lot of issues - being a shoddy recreation which cuts content from the original is one. Introducing ideas and themes it doesn't capitalise on is another. But to be fair to the end product, it results in a disappointing game with glimmers of greatness.
Its opening, however, is just plain... bad in many, many ways.
But mainly, because it has a Nemesis Problem.
