Hey everyone. I finally completed Resident Evil 4 Remake and got all the achievements. I did two Speedruns, a Standard and an Hardcore one. I decided to upload both, you guys might find these videos helpful for your own speedruns, who knows?
There won't be any commentary, however. I needed to focus my attention on the gameplay and also to be honest i talked enough already in the main playthrough LMAO!

The first goal of the Speedruns is to gather 30 spinels as fast as possible. This should allow you to grab the Exclusive Upgrade Ticket as soon as you reach the Castle.
From there, you can upgrade either the Chicago Sweeper (unlocked by getting an A Rank on Professional Difficulty, does not matter if it's New Game Plus) or the Handcannon (either get an S Rank on all three Mercenaries maps, or finish the game on Professional Difficulty with an A Rank on a fresh New Game file without using any bonus weapons) to make the rest of the run much easier. It's insanely hard to do this Speedrun on Hardcore or Professional without either the Chicago or the Handcannon so i really stress you to do this spinel trick.

The Village was the hardest part by far, which is why i saved most of my saves for that part.
Now that we have the Chicago, the rest of the run will be much easier.
You will still need to pay attention though, the most difficult setpieces in the game are in the Castle. Especially the Water Room and the Double Garrador/Verdugo parts are especially deadly even with infinite weapons.
You can use a Rocket Launcher to speed up the Verdugo fight because it takes a lot of time to kill him even with infinite weapons.
