Red Asphalt (Or Rock 'n Roll Racing 2: Red Asphalt to non Americans) is a racing game. I won't get into details about what it is, but I can say this was a game I had as a kid and played a fair bit of, and was one of my first Racing games next to Gran Turismo.

I kinda do a shoddy job later on and miss out on enough experience to get it all (which is enough to max out 2 stats and have one be at level 8), but, eh, what can you do? Except play better.

One tactic you'll often see me do is let competitors in front of me. Since there is a bit of rubber banding with the AI and bosses love to ram every bit of firepower up your tailpipe if given an inkling of a chance, sometimes it's best to let them get in front of you, then take them out.

The final boss, as stated, is an outright fight, not a race. Dranek has 3 cars (Well, the last "car" is just a platform he can ride on), and you have one life; losing that gets you the bad ending. It also makes it doubly important to never get in front of Dranek if you are able, and he will stop and let you speed by him if you aren't careful.

Since I wanted to get the ending, though, I couldn't do certain cheats. Specifically, I couldn't do the cheat that gave the cars a different paint job (Because whether it's infinite money or changing Nightmare from red to blue, "Cheaters never win!").
